We want you to love your MADLADY pieces, but if the fit isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are unwashed, unworn, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping bag and include the return slip provided in your portal confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
